Yes. CogniClinic serves the entire Northwest region, including Leitrim, Donegal, Roscommon, and Mayo. Families travel to Sligo for appointments. School and workplace consultations can be delivered on-site.

Please see our Services page for full pricing. Assessment fees range from €750–€1,400 depending on complexity. Therapy sessions range from €70–€110. All prices are eligible for MED1 tax relief (20% back).

Yes. For assessments over €1,000, we offer a payment plan of 50% deposit with the balance due within 30 days of report delivery. Please discuss with us when booking.

CogniClinic services are qualifying health expenses under Revenue's MED1 scheme. You can claim 20% back on eligible fees. Some private health insurance policies may also cover assessment or therapy – please check with your provider.

We require 24–48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the session fee. Deposits for assessments are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice.

Some services (executive functioning coaching, professional training, parent consultations) may be available via telehealth. Assessments (neurodevelopmental, ADOS-2) and hands-on therapies (CST, reflex integration, sensory integration) require in-person attendance. Please enquire.
